Description
The Bay Lights Art Exhibition in San Francisco on the Bay Bridge is a thing of beauty. Over the span of 1.8 miles on the suspension bridge between Yerba Buena Island and San Francisco are 25,000 individual white LED's. It was installed to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the opening of the Bridge on March 5th, 2013. It was originally intended to let until March 5th, 2015, however, the project has now been confirmed to become a longstanding feature of the Bay Bridge, with a permanent fixture to be installed by early 2016. Bringing over $100M to the Bay Area economy, it has become a local's favorite location to photograph and continues to shine bright over the water for everyone to see. Enjoy!
